I felt the float and mooring posts to be unnecessary for the visual flow of the scene. Using the Spot Removal Tool they were eliminated. This tool is frequently somewhat wayward in Lightroom and one often needs to resort to Photoshop for a better solution. However upon this occasion the Spot Removal ('heal' setting) worked well apart from the initial 'guesses' by the program being unsatisfactory, requiring me to move the 'source' around to find a better match.
